CONSTRUCTION QUOTING
We will provide a quote for the fit-out based on the final agreed plans. During this stage we can finalise costs and details
BUILD / FITOUT
AGC will commence the construction work to be completed within an agreed time-frame. An appointed AGC project manager will supervise the entire process
HANDOVER
AGC will complete a final walk-through of the site to ensure all requirements and standards are met before handover to the client
FREE CONSULTATION
An initial meeting will be held to discuss your project, understand your vision, confirming budget + schedule
CONCEPT PLANS
Concept plans will be drawn up based on the ideas discussed. Once everyone is happy we proceed to the next step
DOCUMENTS & COUNCIL APPLICATIONS
After plans have been agreed upon we will assist with all documentation required with council and other authority bodies
