DOCUMENTS & COUNCIL APPLICATIONS
After plans have been agreed upon we will assist with all documentation required with council and other authority bodies
CONSTRUCTION QUOTING
We will provide a quote for the fit-out based on the final agreed plans. During this stage we can finalise costs and details
BUILD / FITOUT
AGC will commence the construction work to be completed within an agreed time-frame. An appointed AGC project manager will supervise the entire process
HANDOVER
AGC will complete a final walk-through of the site to ensure all requirements and standards are met before handover to the client
